• Changes and Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up may incur a cancellation fee.
• Availability: All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including safety or legal requirements.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All fares are displayed at the time of booking and are inclusive of VAT and other applicable charges unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on the distance, time, and type of service.
• Payment: Payment can be made online at the time of booking or directly to the driver upon service completion. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Failure to pay may result in refusal of service.
• Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply for waiting time, additional stops, parking fees, or other unforeseen costs incurred during your journey.

4. Service Terms

• Punctuality: We strive to arrive on time for all bookings. However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customer Conduct: Customers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly in our vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a booking if the customer or their group exhibits unacceptable behavior.
• Luggage and Personal Belongings: Customers are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left in our vehicles.

5. Safety and Liability

• Driver Licensing: All drivers employed by SB Farnham Taxi Services are licensed and fully vetted according to local regulations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure safety and comfort for our customers.
• Limitation of Liability: While we take all reasonable steps to provide safe and reliable services, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during your journey, except where caused by our negligence.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up to avoid cancellation fees. Refunds for prepaid bookings will be processed within 5 business days.
• Company-Initiated Cancellations: In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund if applicable.
